In 2021, the processing of a new product was successfully tested on a rental centrifuge from Ferrum. The machine had to be optimally configured and adjusted to the product, which required a lot of expertise and special skills. Travel restrictions due to Covid 19 pandemic made a visit of a Ferrum service technician impossible. Although the professional installation for safe and reliable operation of the centrifuge is vital and requires expertise and special skills, Ferrum supported us with Remote Service and guided us through the entire repair process efficiently. The support platform provided by Ferrum with its numerous useful functions has contributed significantly to this. Process Engineer

We are a Dutch company that is researching a solution to wash a waste stream. The idea was to do a test with a centrifuge on site to keep the test as close to the process as possible. We faced some difficulties to arrange a feed pump for this test. Ferrum showed that they are thinking with us and came with a feed pump that exactly fitted in our test setup. The machine and the pump arrived as scheduled. The test was carried out by two engineers from Ferrum. The cooperation with these people went as it should be. Room for discussion, lots of knowledge and time to explain what can be learned from the test results. Our company would recommend Ferrum as a reliable supplier for high quality machinery.
