Daniel Mühlethaler (31) and Fabio Piovanelli (24), two young men bear the responsibilty for this 5-axes-machining centre within Ferrum's production.
They explain shortly the impact of this:
- We have a lot of freedom
- We take care of the machine, tools, setting-devices and material
- We meet the requirements of drawings, machine- and inspection program
- Upon the completion of a job, we share our findings with the software engineer
- The constant improvements make us confident, to accept new challenges in a positive way
- These small successes enable us a pleasure and provide great satisfaction
