Since 2005 we have been closely working with Ferrum in a great cooperation mood with all their teams, either for the Sales and for the Service Assistance. It was not always easy, because the market conditions, especially in Italy, are sometimes a bit difficult to overcome, but nonetheless I’m glad to say that we jointly acquired some very good successes. We are a Dutch company that is researching a solution to wash a waste stream. The idea was to do a test with a centrifuge on site to keep the test as close to the process as possible. We faced some difficulties to arrange a feed pump for this test. Ferrum showed that they are thinking with us and came with a feed pump that exactly fitted in our test setup. The machine and the pump arrived as scheduled. The test was carried out by two engineers from Ferrum. The cooperation with these people went as it should be. Room for discussion, lots of knowledge and time to explain what can be learned from the test results. Our company would recommend Ferrum as a reliable supplier for high quality machinery.
